OFFICE HOURS
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
AFTER HOURS CLINIC
Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Appointments are an important part of your care, and this time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Policy: Patient arriving within their allotted appointment time (1-10 minutes late), will be checked in as normal. Patient arriving 11-19 minutes after their allotted appointment time will be seen as a work-in and may have to wait while other patients who arrived on time are seen first. Patients arriving late (20 minutes or more) for their appointment will be subject to having the individual provider decide if they will see the patient or have them reschedule.
Both offices are closed on Sunday.
No Show Policy: We understand that things come up. After three (3) missed appointments, a letter will be sent stating your relationship with the practice is in jeopardy. Continued missed appointments may result in dismissal from the practice.
Please bring all prescription medications with you to your appointment, even if prescribed by another provider. We recommend requesting refills during your visit when possible.
If your prescription expires before your next appointment, please contact our office. Please allow up to 72 hours for prescription refills.
